FAQ

How much are private voice lessons?

Sliding scale $50-120 per hour. In person and virtual available

What is your approach to teaching?

From professionals to beginners, I welcome anyone who wants to connect with their voice and gain tools for personal expression with healthy technique. I offer gender affirming vocal exercises based on each singers goals. I believe that Singers are healers and historians, and through self expression, connection to spirit, ancestors and each other, can time travel with song.

I use Somatic Voicework, the LoVetri Method to help singers find and maintain functional freedom in their voices. Singers will leave my studio being  able to sing and sound uniquely like themselves. Years on the bandstand singing original tunes, jazz, folk, funk, choral and improvisation, gives me a unique insight into practical tools for performers around mic tech, stage presence and overcoming stage fright. My True, true love is collaborative vocal improv. Students in my studio will play games and excersizes adapted from Rhiannon’s Vocal River to explore vocal improvisation and the body.
